“HIGG INDEX”

Higg ID : 160435

The HIGG Index is a standard that demonstrates the evaluation of environmental and social sustainability throughout the textile supply chain.

Higg FEM (Facility Environmental Module) conducts year-by-year assessments of the environmental performance of facilities. The environmental management system evaluates water, waste, air emissions, and chemical performance. It also ensures that future sustainability implications and performance are assessed.

Higg FSLM (Facility Social & Labor Module) empowers firms to implement changes that benefit industrial workers, local communities, and the environment. It promotes improvements in hiring processes, wages, and earnings, as well as improvements in working hours and worker well-being.

“ZERO DISCHARGE OF HAZARDOUS CHEMICALS (ZDHC)”

ZDHC ID: A389MK80

The textile and leather industries are under increasing pressure to minimize the environmental impact they have while simultaneously enhancing the sustainability of their supply chains. The use of hazardous chemicals in the production process, particularly those that could be discharged into wastewater, undergoes investigation by the ZDHC parameters. For the benefit of customers, workers, and the environment, the initiative encourages the use of sustainable chemistry and standards of excellence in the textile, leather, and footwear industries.

The ZDHC InCheck Report is a globally recognized chemical inventory standard that allows organizations to assess their compliance via an online examination. Chemical consumptions are sent to the Bureau Veritas independent audit portal, BVE3 (Ecube), on a monthly basis. The InCheck report generated is publicly released to brands and customers via the ZDHC Gateway site.

The BV3 (Bureau Veritas Environmental Emission Evaluator) is a platform that allows businesses to track the environmental impact of their chemical usage with the help of its digital chemical inventory management and emissions assessment tools. It is a recognized digital solution by ZDHC, specifically designed for the textile, apparel, and footwear industries.

The ZDHC ChemCheck Report is a ZDHC MRSL (Manufacturing Restricted Substances List) Competence Certificate intended for chemical formulators to demonstrate to customers the compliance of the products they manufacture. Our chemical providers' ZDHC compliance is regularly tracked by our team by collecting data from the suppliers and reviewing it through the ZDHC Gateway.

ClearStream enables suppliers to understand and report the results of their wastewater tests. This helps them promote themselves as environmental leaders. The Clear Stream report, which is generated by conducting wastewater analysis at the Intertek independent laboratory twice a year, is transparently shared with brands and customers through the ZDHC Gateway.

Supplier to Zero is a program within the ZDHC Leaders to Zero Programs that includes three primary stakeholder groups: Brands, Suppliers, and Chemical Formulators. The Zero Leaders Programs aim to support the industry's efforts in sustainable chemistry application by bringing together individual approaches that cause supply chain misunderstanding and unnecessary efforts along the value chain.

“BCI BETTER COTTON”

"The world doesn't just need cotton, it needs Better Cotton"

It is the largest sustainability program, promoting more effective water use by cotton producers while supporting worker rights. Its purpose is to continuously improve agricultural practices, decrease pesticide use, ensure effective water resource use, improve soil health, raise agricultural worker well-being, eliminate child labor, and ensure worker pay meets specific requirements. It represents implemented social, economic, and environmental initiatives to create an environment that allows for growth.

“ORGANIC GREEN”

GLOBAL ORGANIC TEXTILE STANDARD (GOTS) CERTIFICATE

The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) is regarded globally as the primary processing standard for textile goods made from organic fibers. It establishes strict environmental standards for the entire supply chain and requires compliance with a wide range of social standards. In order to be GOTS certified, a textile product must contain at least 70% organic fibers. All chemical inputs, including dyes and auxiliaries, must meet strict environmental and toxicological requirements.

ORGANIC CONTENT STANDARD (OCS) CERTIFICATE

OCS is applicable to non-food products containing 5% to 100% organic materials. It determines the final product's organic material composition and ratio. It covers internal and inter-company product flows, raw material approval, post-harvest processes, production, packaging and labeling, storage, handling, and sale from the final seller to the buyer. It guarantees that claims of Organic Material in products are subjected to an impartial review and certification procedure by recognized third-party Certification Organizations that is transparent, consistent, and comprehensive.

“RECYCLED RAW”

GLOBAL RECYCLE STANDARD (GRS) CERTIFICATE

It is a standard that applies to recycled items, specifically companies who use or trade in recycled products. The guideline covers the production of new products that contain at least 20% recycled materials such as glass, paper, textiles, plastics, and so on. Many businesses in these industries seek GRS consulting to get this accreditation. The standard addresses not just materials and manufacturing processes, but also occupational safety, worker health, waste management, and the environment.

RECYCLE CLAIM STANDARD (RCS) CERTIFICATE

RCS (Recycled Claim Standard) is a standard that specifies the requirements for third-party certification of recycled input as well as the chain of custody. The major goal of RCS, which operates on a voluntary basis around the world, is to increase the use of recycled materials in manufacturing. RCS's main goals are as follows:

Clearly defining the concept of "recycled" in a variety of applications.

Recycling materials are tracked and traced throughout the supply chain.

Providing a trustworthy and methodical platform that allows all users, both brands and end users, to make informed decisions. Users may favor products with the RCS emblem and begin purchasing more items made from recycled materials.

Verifying that materials are labeled recycled and that these resources are employed in the final product.

“REGENERATIVE"

RegenagriCS guarantees the traceability of all materials from the farm, from where the product begins, to the finished product. It is a certification that only applies to fibers. This accreditation proves that the fiber was developed with regenerative practices at every stage.
